Call Tonic ("we", "this site") is an informational website. We collect as little as the site can function on, and this page describes all of it.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google LLC (for visitors in the EEA and UK, Google Ireland Ltd.), to understand which guides are read and how visitors find them. It records the pages viewed, the referral source, the approximate city or country a visit comes from, the kind of device and browser used, and when each session starts and how long it runs. This data is aggregated; we do not use it to identify individuals.
GA4 does not log or store your IP address. Google signals, advertising features and ad personalisation are turned off on our property, so none of this information is used for advertising, and none of it is sold. Google's processing is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
If your device's clock is set to a time zone in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, the site asks before measuring anything, and nothing is sent to Google unless you press Accept. Outside those regions, analytics is on from the first visit, and switching it off is up to you at any time. We honour Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends it, analytics stays off unless you choose Accept. To revisit your decision, open the analytics settings again. To block Google Analytics on every website you visit, Google provides a browser add-on for opting out.
Cookies
The only cookies this site sets are the two Google Analytics cookies, _ga and _ga_<ID>. They are placed only after analytics is allowed, can last up to 2 years, and are removed if you later decline. We remember your consent decision through your browser's local storage, not with a cookie. We do not run advertising networks, tracking pixels beyond analytics, or sell any visitor data.
If you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle it. We don't add you to any list without asking.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data. Contact us at [email protected] and we'll respond within the statutory window that applies to you.
Changes
If our data practices change, this page changes with them.
